The property is a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living, and dining room. The only furniture you will need will be for your own bedroom.

I am an early 20s female living currently with a roommate who is moving out. I also have a cat who is shy at first but loves people. All her things are in my bedroom and there is no bad smell. I clean the apartment regularly and love to watch movies, play board/card games, and video games. I have most streaming services, a Wii, N64, PS2, and mini nes and snes. All of which you are free to use. I do have a boyfriend so I will certainly ask what your preferences are for visitors.
