I have a 3/2 home in a gated community. Royal highlands community Leesburg Fl . I like to keep my home tidy and have a busy life. You will have your choice of two different bedroom options and your own bathroom. You would have your own section in the refrigerator and freezer for your food items. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about everything you would need. I do have a small dog that goes with me most of the places I go. The bedrooms have carpeting but the rest of the house is flooring. I don’t allow any overnight guests. Parking in the driveway is available. Too many amenities to mention. Includes all utilities. Wi-Fi, cable, electric and water sewer garbage as well as the HOA fee

My adult children and grandchildren live in the area and I spend a lot of time with them at their homes. I am also very busy with my church group.
