There are several benefits to this house. The house is an 8-minute walk to the nearest Rutgers bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the Rutgers Cook Campus which has a Rutgers dining hall, gym, and other facilities. It is also a mere 8-minute walk away from the scenic Raritan river bank and Boyd park. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house provides plenty of sunlight and air. It has a dishwasher, laundry, heating, AC, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, wifi, and hardwood flooring.

Although the bathroom is shared, in practice, the WC and Wash Basin would be exclusively yours and you would only really be sharing the shower part. This is because the other room already has its own attached half-bath.

I would be the only other person staying in the house. I am a senior PhD student in Computer Science at Rutgers. I prefer a somewhat quiet environment because of the nature of my work and my collaborators located in other time zones. My regular bedtime is between 11 PM and 8 AM. During the day, I may go to my workplace or to my classes or work from home. I also prefer clean and hygienic surroundings. I am a non-smoker. I have no restrictions surrounding diet.
