Looking for a female (preferred) to take over my room that will be on the lease. Sorry, no pets as there is already a quiet, well-behaved medium sized dog. Rent is $1,350 per month + utilities & internet which are approximately $100~ per month. This townhouse is located in downtown San Mateo, 12 min walk to Caltrain (you do hear the train but learn to ignore it).

You will be sharing this 3BD/2.5BH with (2) females in their late 20’s. You will be sharing a bathroom with J. Other roommate will be S.

About the Room/Living Space/Lease: -Room is 10x13’ -Flexible move-in date (from late Sep/early Oct) -Lease is until May 2023 -Deposit is: $1,666 -Bedroom is on ground floor level & will be completely unfurnished -kitchen, shower & dining area are all upstairs -some garage space & closet space for storing some items -Fully furnished common spaces, including all cookware & utensils (if you have smaller common space furniture, let’s talk) -Shared bathroom

Amenities: -No AC / Heating only -In-Unit Washer & Dryer -Fridge & microwave also included -Remodeled kitchen / hardwood flooring throughout -Outside Parking Spot included if needed -Big backyard (rotate occasional garden work) -2 small closets inside bedroom plus access to outside patio

J is recently engaged to her boo who lives in Canada. She has her phD and is a scientist but doesn’t talk about work too much. She enjoys Anime, baking, good food and the gym, where she goes twice a week with her personal trainer.

S goes paddle boarding every weekend and loves her doggie. She just moved here from Canada, also enjoys baking and is sisters with J. She is also a scientist with a phD but focuses mostly on biology.
