Bancroft Avenue

In San Leandro, across from a High School. There is a parking spot available, a washer/dryer albeit it’s not the greatest (I personally don’t use it because it takes the longest, so I go to the laundromat). Apartment is on the fourth floor, unfortunately no elevator to the fourth floor, it’s getting fixed “soon”. There is an elevator to the third floor though! The apartment has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

There’s four of us currently, all young adults, me(NB AFAB), F, and a couple(MF). And three cats! We’re all chill, and friendly! I like to cook for us every once in a while :)
