Athena and Nate's room

Private room for rent in a 3b1b house. The room is clean, private, with its own digital lock. The house has relatively new vinyl flooring, new appliances, and new paint. The neighborhood is safe with plenty of parking. We have security cameras onsite. The location is very convenient: 5 mins walk to the SW line Metra station, 1 mile to Chicago Ridge Mall, close to a nice park, and close to the library. There are many diverse restaurants within 5-10 mins drive, and walking trails within 10-15mins drive. Rent includes all utilities. Short term renter preferred.

We prefer professionals or students. We screen all renters to make sure the household is peaceful and a nice place to live. There are two other rooms for rent.
