Rent: $780 includes utilities, fully furnished Single Occupant Only. All bills included.
It’s located in a quiet neighborhood near the Spokane airport. The home is a 4-bedroom house and an upstairs room having two other friendly, laid-back roommates in that part of the home. The house is also shared with my mother, who has a private living area downstairs. Rent is 800 per month which includes all utilities, parking and wifi.
Additional Features: Extra Storage: There’s an additional space in the garage that the new tenant can use. Amenities: Small gym downstairs, laundry room, water softener system throughout the house, a small garden, and a decent-sized backyard with a fire pit. Professional cleaning biweekly. Parking: Off-street parking available in the front driveway. Location: The house is in a safe neighborhood, conveniently located near Spokane Airport. I currently rent out the property while I’m in Seattle finishing school, so I don’t live in the home. The roommates are all relaxed and friendly, with most of us working a lot. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and can help maintain shared spaces. A stable income, a background check $45 fee, and a good sense of personal boundaries and being LGBTQ friendly is required. Pets: Cat friendly but not looking to add more dogs to the home.
