This property is a 1920s cabin bohemian neo classic style home with a basement and some space. The bedroom is a bit small but fine for a queen and has a closet and two windows. Neat hiking and the bear creek. The area is super close to red rocks and for someone who can handle mountain living as it is a bit different than the city. The home has heat and stays mostly pleasant in the summer and has a window unit for air conditioning. The house has 1.5 baths

I’m living with a dog and cat and plan to come and go sometimes short periods and others longer. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t party or really drink if at all- I am 420 friendly. I enjoy house projects. I and am a spiritual person and read on occasion. I have a ton of dvds and am sort of old school with technology but am open to whatever you need. The house has a lot of books covering a ton of subjects- I have interests in nature, geology, metaphysics, hoping to garden!
