Onsite washer and dryer. Bathroom has bluetooth music fan. We live in the Lennox Unincorporated area close to the Sofi stadium, cliippers dome, and lax airport. 1 parking space, dog friendly. We have 3 dogs on site 1 german Shephard and 2 small dogs. No parking available. If you are not comfortable around dogs please do not inquire!
Looking for someone clean, responsible, non smoker, professional who is interested in living in this area. NDA is required prior to viewing the room for rent. Month to Month contract or 1 year lease are options to rent. Addendum would be included with additinal terms as part of the rental agreement and is a requirement for rent and living on our property.
