Mel's room

Small private room in 3 br. 1.5 bathroom duplex. Shared kitchen and share the shower with two other roommates (female) in their early 20s. Have lived here nearly 1.5 years, relocating closer to downtown. Utilities at their highest are $60, but usually closer to 45-50 typically. Washer/Dryer in unit, garage is used and one tenant switches off parking on the street (safe, families in cul de sac). NO drugs, no pets, no children. Must pass background and credit check.

Megan and Isabella work full time. Friendly folks–we catch up every now and then, but because we all work it’s usually brief. Megan works graves, so we almost always miss each other, and Isabella is a student who also works full time in Park City.
