Julia's room

Looking for one individual to fill one available room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Located in a quite neighborhood with the Target and Home Depot just a few minutes away. The bedroom has great morning light and cools off nicely in the evening. The bathroom is not shared with another roommate but is the general bathroom for the house guests. Standard appliances are already in the house (fridge, washer, drier, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave) and all the floors were replaced in the last month. The private fenced backyard is not too set up yet but has plenty of space to let your imagination flow. The street parking is always available with no issue. We love animals of all kind but allergy issues unfortunately make it hard for me to live with all the normal ones so we ask for no additional animals right now.

The current occupants of the house include couple (male and female) and a handsome little gecko. We try to be outside adventuring when we can but also enjoy a good movie night on the couch. All occupants are respectful and positive individuals that value good communication in any environment, and with the exception of the lizard everyone usually cleans up after themselves in a timely manner.
