Looking for a roommate in my almost new 2300sqft. townhouse near Larchmont / Korea town. Three floors of living space. Enjoy the cavernous living room with a brand new 82“ TV, beautiful large kitchen with Bosch and LG stainless steel appliances, and guest 1/2 bath on the first floor. The second floor has a bonus loft / 2nd living room for lounging or home-office, movie nights, etc. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (shared full bath between the two roommates) and in-unit laundry that is very convenient. The building is only 3 years old and contains only 5 units, so privacy is excellent and so is security. Bedroom is not furnished.

Pets are NOT allowed by the owner

About you: Prefer no couples. Gay, Straight, or anything else is cool with me. Financially secure and able to prove it. No smoking/drugs in the house. No heavy partiers. An occasional get together with a group of friends is chill, and I will likely have groups of friends over occasionally too. Overnight guests happen, we’re all adults, just give me a heads up and I will do the same so we aren’t running into strangers in the house at 5am. Be reasonable and responsible. You should know how to use a dishwasher, put away clean dishes, take out the trash, and clean up after yourself like a normal adult. If you skateboard or you’re into motorcycle racing, this might just be the best place for you, haha.

Move in is 1st month’s rent (pro-rated per day if not moving in on the 1st) + $1550 security deposit. You will need to fill our a rental app and have your credit & background checked (no fee).

Secure gated parking is available with direct access from the unit to the garage below for $200/month.

I’m a 43 y/o gay male that is self-employed in the high-end furniture industry. I sometimes work from home, and I’m in and out of the house throughout the week. I spend weekends riding my motorcycle and skateboarding with friends. I like to keep the house very clean and organized. I occasionally travel for work and fun and may be gone for a week or a few months from time to time. I’ve never drank, smoked, or done any drugs, but don’t judge those who do; just my choice.
