This is an apartment that was built into the basement of a big nice house located in East Medford close to Roxy Ann. It has a lot of southern facing light coming into it so it doesn’t feel like a basement. There’s approximately 1400 sq feet. Two bedrooms each with their own en- suite bathroom. Built recently therefore appliances, floors and walls are all new. The bedrooms are opposites sides of the apartment with living room and kitchen in between. The bedroom for rent has its own Daiken unit for personal temperature regulation and private entrance. The owners live in the house above. There is no smoking of any kind in or around property.
