City View apartments is located downtown Spartanburg. This apartment is in the 3rd floor, so it has great views! It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.There is an extra $35 added for water and $10 for trash and pest control. Pets are welcome but you will need to pay an initial pet fee and $25 added to rent every month. This cozy apartment is super close to shops and restaurants downtown. Literally everything is a walk away. This is no in unit laundry, but there is a laundry room in the basement of the apartment building. I prefer to use Rocket Laundry pick or do my laundry there, but that’s up to you. If you are interested, you would need to apply for the apartment, pass a background check, and a possible credit check.
