Rugby Road

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over her lease for her room in our apartment until February 1st with the possibility of extending it. Move in dates between October 2nd -15th .

About the apartment:

-This is a beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment. -Your room can fit a queen size bed and plenty of space to accommodate other furniture. The room comes with a closet. -The house is located on Rugby Road and Dorchester Street. -Washer/dryer + dishwasher machine in the unit. -Central air conditioner and heater. -This is a super safe and convenient neighborhood; lots of supermarkets, local stores, restaurants and Sunday Farmer’s Market. -A 5 minute walk to the Q and B train. -A 25 minutes walk to Brooklyn College. -The landlords live upstairs, they are very nice and available for anything we need regarding the apartment. -Rent is 1,300/month (utilities & wifi included) with the option to reduce that in exchange for babysitting 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes for the landlord’s kid.

Requirements:

-Proof of income or financial support and references/ students welcome! -Security deposit required. -No pets -We ask not to smoke in the house.
