Renting out bedroom AND office. Hi, I am a 30 something year old professional. I have a beautiful, large 2 bath/3 bdrm house in Old Irving Park very close to the blue line and 90/94 Montrose exit. The neighborhood is safe with tree lined streets. My house is not on a main road, so it’s a bit quieter as well. I am looking for a roommate who is in need of a bdrm & office to work from home. Electric, gas, parking, laundry & use of peloton ALL INCLUDED. House also includes a large patio area & basement for entertaining, dishwasher and CENTRAL AIR, hardwood floors, 9 ft ceilings. I work M-F & some weekends.
