HI, I have 1 room with a private bathroom. House is a 5 bed, 3 full bath house. Looking for clean, professional roommates to share my house with. The goal is to keep the atmosphere relaxing and easy going.

AFTER INTERVIEW, ROOMMATES ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A QUICK TURBO TENANT REFUNDABLE BACKGROUND CHECK FOR SAFETY, costs 55$. (you will be refunded this after the 3rd month here.I always refund it :)

RENT: 750 a month, 100 for Utilities. Total is 850, month to month.

WHAT YOU GET:

• Room1 with your own bathroom en suite(in the room) available now . -Total number in the house will be 3 MAX(including myself).
• full kitchen for you to use, plates, cooking utensils, cutting boards, lots of storage and shelves, pantry
• Fast WIFI (1000 mbps/ 1GIG)
• new SEER 15 heat pump AC.
• We have solar panels and Batteries.
• electronic door lock(no keys required, but I have keys for you)
• lots of available parking in front of the house, possibly on driveway.
• new Washer/Dryer, smart fridge, 2 microwaves, toaster, Blendtec blender etc… , more coming

RULES: -I have a bit of a sound sensitivity about a few things like closing doors gently, i will show you, it’s no problem.

• no pets, no guns or any weapons, no drugs, no overnight guests. No working from home
• no smokers or smoking period.
• very limited amounts of alcohol in the house to unwind. Fridge is for food.
• shoes on shoe rack, none in the house, this is a major deal for me(clean house slippers ok)
• no parties or loud music(earphones preferred), no gatherings, no prayer groups etc.

ABOUT ME: I train in swimming, (SWAM at CAl State) I’m easy going, generally keep to myself, playing and trying to design games, read books. I’m a 41 year old straight male, a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Memorial hospital. I work all shifts. I work nights sometimes and need the day to sleep, weekends too. Everyday is a regular day for me, thats why i need reliable roommates
