I am looking for a roommate to take the bedroom and bathroom in the upstairs part of the apartment. I am looking for a roommate that is clean, respectful and is okay with cats. I have lived in the duplex for 3 years and I love it here! My unit is 2 beds and 2 baths. The apartment has perks like a balcony, a great view, gas range, hardwood floors and the downstairs is fully furnished by me and upstairs is partially finished. It has the unique charm of an old house, free laundry in basement, heat/AC and is in a great location! The landlord pays for lawn care and water. Rent is $700, utilities are about $150 per month depending on the season and the lease term is 12 months. At this time, there are no other pets allowed in the house.

A little bit about me - I graduated from the University of Cincinnati and work from home full time in Technology Consulting. I have 2 cats and love spending time outside, playing sand volleyball and diving into a good book. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling and trying new restaurants in town!
