Hello I am renting out a bedroom in my 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment in a gated community located in Downtown Pomona. You’ll have full access to the apartment including the kitchen, dining area, living room etc. the bathroom is shared but I am a very clean person. We have multiple laundry mats located throughout the complex - one being directly across my front door which is very convenient. We have a pool & spa as well & a gym open until 11 pm.

I am a 27 gay male. I work full time & like to nap during the day. I’m very quiet and respectful. I like to keep to myself but I am very friendly. Spend most of my time in my room unless I’m cleaning or cooking. Super easy going & easy to live with. Feel free to reach out with any questions :)
