Sarina's room

Me and my boyfriend have been renting our townhome for almost 3 1/2 years now and I have 3 children who stay with me every weekend. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a garage and also have our own washer and dryer. The 2nd room is mainly for my children but they never occupy it so it is now empty and clean never got dirty since no one never really used it. I also have a cute adorable loving Puggle and she does not bite, she is very small lol. You are more then welcome to use anything in the house including washer and dryer and more then welcome to park your car in the garage or our own parking spot out in the parking lot. I clean my house everyday so you just have to clean your own room and that’s it and buy your own food.
So straight to the point we are facing eviction right now and we have until the 11th. Soo that’s why the deposit is so high because that’s our rent. After the deposit it is only $550 a month and we pay the other half. So this is the only reason why we decided to stay renting out our room. Please contact me if interested ASAP ❤️

Only people are me and my boyfriend. I am 31 years old and he is 28 years old with our puggle Hasley. I have 3 children, 2 boys 1 girl. Ages 8-12. They only stay on weekends and it can get pretty loud if you don’t mind children.
