Raleigh Street Southeast

The house is in SE DC near Boiling AFB on a very quiet street of MLK, the house is approximately 2000 sqft. Street parking is available and the house has multi living rooms and outdoor space, fully function kitchen and laundry. I are only looking for 1 person to rent a room in the home where I also reside, sometimes family may come over or use the guest room, which is available upon request for visiting guest. I am looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful of space and working with the ability to pay the rent the first of every month. Utilize are included, as well as internet, also will provide toiletries such as: TP, Laundry detergents, and cleaning supplies. House will be cleaned every Sunday.

I am single but dating, work alot and travel, I do have a pet Dalmatian she is a little timid but once you get to know her she will adopt you in her circle, otherwise she will be out of the way.
