-rent and utilities is around $700/month -you would be sharing a room with Camille -1 garage space/street parking is available -the room is available after february 5th and our lease ends in august

mia: 20 years old and quite chill. a student at CSULB currently studying film. runs a clothing business and does freelance photography on the side. loves to travel, big cat lover and is always out thrifting! usually goes to bed around 12am and wakes up at 10am.
camille: 21 years old. also a student at CSULB studying fashion merchandising. aspires to be a stylist and has an awesome collection of japanese fashion magazines! typically goes to bed around 11pm and wakes up at 7-8am ish
