Small bedroom for rent with its own bath in a home in Oakhurst just a few minutes from Common Market. You’ll have your own bathroom and will share the house with two other housemates. Back deck with grill, fire pit, and seats; and a neighborhood pool. Rent includes gas, electricity, high speed internet, water, and trash pick up. We’d prefer another housemate that is also a gay, bi, or pan man but we are open to interview any gender and orientation.
