It’s super cute. I have a couch and tv already. (Working on getting a table lol) Super safe area! It includes covered parking, a pool, a package room and a gym! Pet deposit has already been paid, but if you have a cat it would add $30 to your portion of the rent. No dogs because my cat gets really freaked out by dogs. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. Also has an in unit washer and dryer and a small patio area. It’ll start cooling down so electric won’t be terrible, and then water shouldn’t be too bad either. Internet is $80 a month, so your portion of that would be $40.

I’m 18 and an ASU student. I also have a cat. I’m friendly and really want to be friends with my roommate. I would also love to live with another student who I could go to games and events with!
