The deposit: $167 to the landlord and you’ll be put on the lease (with a background and credit check). $283 is nonrefundable and goes toward 1/3 of the brand new couch that was bought. Ready around end of September through mid October, we can agree on a time.

Two queer roommates in the household in their early 20s. No smoking or heavy drinking/drugs. They are very clean and you will need to be so also. You must work full-time and have proof of income. Communication is a must. There will be one cat moving in eventually so no other animals preferred, although a pet that gets along with a cat is negotiable. The rental agency requires a $700 pet deposit.
