One bedroom and one bathroom would be yours, in a 3 BD, 2 BA house, with large backyard. Common areas would be shared, living room, kitchen, garage, yard, 3rd bedroom as a office or gym. Although, I travel for work and I will be gone Mon - Fri, most of the time and only there on the weekends. I’m hoping this will be ideal situation since you’ll have plenty of privacy and house to yourself the majority of the time. Dogs considered.
