I am moving out and am in need of someone to move in and take over the lease as “the roommate”. This is a beautiful area in Otay Ranch. Complex comes with gym, pool, mail box, 1 car garage for SUV or sedan. So many places near by such as a shopping mall, stores, restaurants, fast food… ect. The actual apartment is great. Very nice appliances, flooring, balcony with a view of the Otay Mountains. The living room is furnished with a large sectional. I love the place, location and convenience of everything so close.
About the roomies
My roommate is a 22 year old female. She is in the military. Clean and keeps to herself. She has a dog who is very sweet and loving.
