🚗 There is (1) parking spot available for you to use at the house in the driveway (street parking is not allowed with HOA) but extra temporary parking can be granted via the HOA. cars must not be leaking

🏀 There is a community pool, park, and pickle ball court available for use alongside the mailboxes.

❗️ please read ❗️ Rent is $650 a month not including utilities.

💡 Utilities are not a set amount as it is split evenly among the three tenants. Utilities vary. They are normally starting around 150$ per person each month in winter and around 200-250$ max seen per person in summer months. *Utilities Bill includes Unlimited Cox which is 180$ split, along with a 110$ HOA monthly Fee Split, as well as SRP and Water/Waste which vary.

✍🏻Disclaimer: Again please be able to pay up to 250$ for utilities as it varies based on what’s used. As said this is not what we pay typically but in case of extra usage etc.

📅As stated there is a “deposit”, you will need to pay last month’s rent upon move-in as well as the first months. If you move in the 1st, this would be $1300 total. (First Months Rent + Last Months Rent). If moving in on another day the landlord can speak to you on prorating.

✅As stated there is a background check, as well as an income check.

Quick To-Know!

🧽 The house is already fully furnished and we keep clean behind ourselves. Because of this, we ask any extra furniture or belongings be kept in your room or stored away in designated kitchen cabinets, and that you clean up after yourself as well so we can keep the house tidy! We do expect anyone who lives here to help with general cleaning, this is a house rule and we are semi-anal about things being kept clean 😅. No one should ever be cleaning up after anyone else.

❌ At this time we are only looking for one tenant in the room. The house is a little on the cozier-sized side, and we have tried having 4 people live here which did not work. No live-in couples or Families at this time. Thank you!!

We are the tenants of the other two rooms, Rhiannon (21) and Hunter (27). We live here together currently with our dogs, Lily and Alice! Although we occupy both of the other rooms, we usually hang out in one! Rhiannon likes to paint 🎨 and Hunter LOVES to play video games 🕹 We both working in the mornings and are home in the afternoons/ evenings! We do spend a lot of time at home, just playing video games together or watching movies :) We are always down for a Mario Party match!
