One 3rd floor private room with shared bathroom available in a gated apartment complex near Tramway/Lomas. Apartment amenities include a pool and a gym. Our apartment complex requires a background check and credit check, but you don’t need to meet their income or credit requirements as we already do.

My husband (22) and I (21NB) both work full time and are students, and we have an ESA cat, but if you have additional cats or caged animals, they are welcome - you just have to pay the apartment’s fees. We will all be tenants on the lease and will also want a roommate agreement. Our hobbies include chess, D&D, and gaming. We rarely have friends over and are pretty quiet.

The $600 for rent covers about 45% of the rent plus plus water, trash, sewer, pest control, and Comcast internet, as we have the master bedroom, and electric and gas will be split proportionally (1/3 if you are a single person and 1/2 if you are a couple).

We need to sign the new lease by Oct 1 for a Dec 1 move-in.
