Norman's room

Hi, I have one opening in a spacious (2,060 square feet) furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Ravenna area near NE 75th street and 20th Ave NE that rents for $700/month per room including utilities, TV and wireless internet. Move in cost first and last months’ rent and $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee. This is a great area close to the UW but far enough that you don’t have trouble parking or with noise. There is easy access to shopping, entertainment, transportation and places of interest. It has a dishwasher, the usual kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Please let me know if you are interested. It’s a really nice place to live. About the roommates. No smokers, alcoholics, drugs or pets are permitted and no overnight guests. Thanks, Norman
