We have High-speed Glow fiber Internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Ideal for SU students or Travel nurses and doctors. The room for rent has a nice View of the park. The house is within the Winchester City limits. So, city bus transport is also available. And on-street parking is available the house is on a Cul de sac so very little traffic.

I have 2 daughters one now lives in LA west Hollowood the other is 22 year old collage student. I work in DC area and commute. We are ok with a cat or dog as long as they are house broken.
