This room has a separate, private entrance. The home is in the Anthem country club, and boasts a pool. All utilities included. The home is up for sale, so the room will be month to month, with ability to show the room if there is a home showing. You have a half bath in your room, but are able to use your own full bathroom in the west wing of the home, along with the washer/dryer. The room has a mini fridge and a microwave oven, adjustable bed, tv, recliner, and desk.

I am a single female, empty nester. A mom at heart. I have a dog, who is loving, but she is very protective.
