Hi! I’m looking for 1-3 people to take over the remainder of my lease in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex. I previously lived here with 2 people and the rent was $700 per person. The rent would be $467/ person with 3 people and $1400 for one person. The place is located in North Nashville and it is 10-15 min away from most central Nashville things like East Nashville, Midtown, Downtown, and Broadway. The lease will go from November to April but you will have the option to resign after if you would like. I am willing to fill each room but it would be great if there is also a group of people who know each other and want to rent together. Dog and Cat Friendly.
