2,040 square foot townhome. Quiet environment. Friendly, clean, safe neighborhood. Clean home. Non-smoking. Full use of home; kitchen, laundry, living room, and sunroom. Pet-friendly. No weed (non-smoking environment), no drugs.

This is a great place for someone relocating to the area with pets.

Bedroom: Your bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Size 11’5’ x 11’5’. It’s the only room on that side of the hallway. Full-size bed. Fully furnished; pillows, blankets, bath towels, etc. are stocked. Ceiling fan. Aqua blue walls. Your own private bathroom is a few steps away on the landing.

Kitchen: New gas stove. New kitchen table, tray ceiling and a large window. You have a space to yourself in the fridge, a shelf in the cabinet, and also a shelf in the pantry so you can feel more at home. Kitchen plates/appliances/condiments all available for use.

Pets: This is an animal lover house. If you have a cat/dog, I always check on them before leaving the house when you are not home. CATS: Several scratching posts and cat bowls etc are already in place. The cats love watching the birds/squirrels from the sunroom. I keep alert to where your pet is at before opening the front/back door. DOGS: A large dog crate is in place; your dog has full run of the house, but if they like to be crated, it is there. The backyard is fenced in for letting the dogs out. If you have a pet, I am always glad to help out/let a dog outside whenever I happen to be at home and see they need to go out. If, however, you need guaranteed pet care while you are away (walks/feeding etc), optional pet care is available 5 days/week for $100/week. I am flexible on which 5 days if you have a rotating shift. No extra fee if you primarily care for your pet, with me helping out now and then when I’m home.

Sunroom with comfy couch and double wide chair is a great place to relax, with a large grove of trees in the backyard. Back porch and chairs available also.

I’ve rented to many people over the years; it always works out well, due primarily to mutual consideration. If you are sleeping, the house will be quiet (it’s generally quiet anyway).

The house thermostat is set at 70 degrees at night, and about 72 in the day; it is cool, but not a place for someone who needs a super icy environment. However, there is a portable AC in the room for those who do like it colder.

No need for general house cleaning, such as vacuuming, that is all taken care of. However, you are responsible for cleaning your own dishes, and keeping your bathroom/bedroom generally clean.

Must be able to pass a background check.

I am a 63 year old single female. Will not get in your business. The only house rules have to do with being fire conscious, and mutual consideration. Professional environment. I am a pleasant person who is on good terms with all past renters.
