Please read the full description. I am looking for a roommate for the extra room that we have. Room has a full bed, and AC. I am looking for someone who keep things clean and organized around the house and the room. Someone mature, respectful, and considerate, who doesn’t bring over friends and overnight guests. Who enjoys getting to know the people they live with, a happy, positive person. Looking for someone who works out not from home!

Please note - the house is well furnished. Although some general household items may be suitable to bring… I am not looking for roommates who are moving in with a lot of extra kitchenware, house furniture or decorations. Unfortunately, there is not enough room for extra. Please let me know about yourself, if you are interested in the room otherwise I will not respond to you if you do not give me your bio first. The house is between Broadway and 34 Av on 45th Street. Astoria Queens. 15 minutes to midtown Manhattan.
