(carports and garages may be available for extra monthly costs) Pool and hot tub with grill and firepit by the Leasing office Shared kitchen, dining room and living room Already have a couch, dining set with 6 chairs, & small tables and chairs on the porch Kitchen includes stove, oven, full size fridge and freezer, toaster, air fryer, a set of knives, most cooking utensils (spatulas, small tongs, can opener, bottle opener and corkscrew), plenty of plates, cups, bowls, silverware, tupperware, and a few pots and pans

ABOUT ME 23 year old bisexual female I’ve lived with roommates for a few years now but my current roommates are moving out since they are having a baby!! I have a cat that I keep in my room for now. I smoke weed and drink alcohol occasionally (but it’s s non-smoking complex so you unfortunately need to smoke out on the street) I make music (I’m a singer and drummer) and I’m starting to get back into recording content and videos for social media but I will give you a heads up when I plan on drumming or recording (and I am not loud at all at night, quiet hours are 9pm-9am in the complex) I try to be pretty clean in the common areas but if you have any issues or decide you like things or are used to living a certain way then please bring things up and let’s have a civil conversation and come to a good compromise before anybody gets too upset I really want to live with a cool/fun young female who is part of or an ally for the LGTBQ+ community preferably 21+ so we can go out together!!
