Brittany's room

Looking to rent Master bedroom and it includes utilities and the room has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is shared. Currently laundry is not available but it will be soon for use once pre-week you can pick whatever day. The house is near FedEx stadium off of Central Ave 214.

I’m the single female and I stay in the basement of the house. Don’t smoke but don’t mind if roommate smokes outside. I work alot and sometimes from home. Please no pets with fur I’m allergic to dander. I do have 1 other small rooms on the same floor so if you have children you can pay more to rent those also. Any other questions just ask. I will upload pictures of the room as soon as current tenant finish moving out.
