I am blessed to live in the beautiful Summer House Apartments on 32nd Street, seconds away from the ocean! I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a sizeable balcony! I am offering an unfurnished second bedroom with its own attached bathroom. Your room will have a very sizeable walk in closet as well!

Here at the Summer House Apartments, you’ll enjoy amenities such as a 24/7 fitness center, a furnished clubhouse for guests, and a beautiful pool with lounge chairs, fireplaces, and grills! The greatest amenity of all is the ocean that is just a few hundred feet away!

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be due as well as the first month of rent upon signing. I believe that this price is a fair reflection of the location, amenities, and convenience that this apartment offers, on top of the value that it offers compared to how much I pay for my unit. Although I do believe that these terms are indeed very fair, I am open to any reasonable offers that you may have.

I am a 62 year old disabled man who tends to keep to himself as I have expressive aphasia. In layman’s terms I cannot speak, although my thoughts are all still there! I suffer from this condition as a result of a series of strokes I suffered in 2012. I graduated from the University of Virginia at the top of my class with a degree in chemical engineering in 1982!

I’m looking for a roommate that is kind, patient, and understanding as it can be frustrating to some that I cannot speak.
