We are looking for a roommate for a spacious room (11’ X 13’) on the second floor in our beautiful, air-conditioned 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home with modern construction. The house is located in a premium, tree-lined neighborhood within 0.1 mile of a large, public park, 0.4 miles of Raleys and 3 miles of Walmart. A number of restaurants are also within 0.5 miles. We have the fastest speed (1200 mbps) broadband internet connection with fast wi-fi which will be provided free of cost. Parking is available. We have a modern electronic security alarm system. The room will be provided with a spacious wardrobe closet, a Queen size bed, a mini-fridge, and a microwave oven.

I work from home for the Federal Govt. as a Patent Examiner. My wife is a housewife.
