Seeking Gay Roommate….A comfortable place to call home. I am looking for a roommate that is clean and respectful. Shared living space are the kitchen, entertainment room, dining room and backyard - pool area. Includes all utilities and internet. Off-street parking - driveway. Private furnished bedroom (bed and nightstands) and shared bathroom (with the possibility of your own). Prefer non-smoking, but outdoor smoking is fine. MUST love dogs. I have a dog named Cody, friendly, well trained 11 year old Weimaraner. The home is located in Oakland Park, 3 miles to the oceanfront, within walking distance to the Oakland Park City Center, 1 mile to Wilton Manors. Move in cost: $1,200 First Months Rent and $600 Deposit. (If the deposit needs to be more than one payment, it can be discussed) Please let me know what questions you may have. Two other roommates. One works full time and has lived here for 15 years. When not working, pretty much home in the evenings/night. (Dog owner). The other roommate works from home on the weekdays. He is outgoing, travels frequently for work and pleasure. Lived here for three years.
