Publix, movie theater, restaurants, gyms, and much more all within walking distance. Basically, I’m within half (0.5) miles within Waterford Lakes town center.

I have one other roommate, she’s a female very sweet and quiet. This is why I prefer a female roommate. The bathroom will be shared between you and her. It’s always cleaned along with the apartment. I’m a God fearing male who loves to read and work.
