Hi! We are looking for a housemate to rent a clean and quiet upstairs bedroom, located in a gated residential community near Costco in Woodland. You would be sharing a full upstairs bathroom with one other male tenant, plus you’ll have access to the laundry room and a spacious kitchen and living room area.

Things to Note: -Available September 1, 2022 -Rent - $575/month, plus utilities split equally between all housemates (Usually ~$80-$100 apiece) -Security deposit - $300 upon move-in -AC/Heater available -HE Washer/Dryer available upstairs -NO Smoking, 420, or drugs of any kind -1 Year Lease goes through August 31, 2023, with option to renew (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 -Looking for someone responsible, quiet, respectful/considerate of other roommates, and prompt with paying rent/cleaning up after themselves in common areas -References may be requested

Other housemates sharing the communal spaces are Amy, Bobby, and Morgan; everyone is very friendly, quiet, and generally keeps to themselves, but we also enjoy the occasional bbq or game night together as well!
