Great house in quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard. Potential roommate will need to bring in their own bedroom furniture. All common areas (kitchen and living room) of the house are furnished and can be shared. You will have your own room and bathroom.

I keep the house clean and smoking cigarettes inside is not permitted. Outside ashtrays will be provided. Overnight guests are permitted but a heads up is appreciated. I have a partner that stays over one or two nights every other week. Parking on the street is safe and available. Prior to moving in, I will complete a background check and will need a reference from prior landlord. The roommate will be added to the lease and will be required to sign an addendum and provide a copy of their drivers license.

I’m 42 and an educator. I will soon be living alone and I’m looking for someone to rent a room at least until December. I have two beagles, Rudy and Tully, that are sweet but a little energetic and jumpy. If you don’t mind dogs, then this may be the perfect fit. They do calm down very quickly and I do my best to keep them out of your way. I also do my best to stay on top of dog hair because they do shed.

I am quiet and typically keep to myself but will be around most of the time.
