Hi ! This is a newly built 3 br, 2.5 ba - two levels (bedrooms upstairs). The community runs into a park /reserve, as well as a disc golf course. Located off Fulton Rd., the location is perfect - only 10-15 minutes to downtown Santa Rosa, Windsor, or Sebastopol. Also, the 12 isn’t far so commute is easy. There are two rooms for you to choose from but one is a smidge smaller, less light, & closet is also a bit smaller (however, farther from me /Master). Bathroom is connected to your bedroom. The third bedroom is used as a guest room/office space so you are free to lock the door to bathroom! House is fully furnished, but your room is totally yours. Brand new appliances, as well as beer fridge in garage. Backyard is small but has space for BBQing. Everything is free for you to use! Utilities split equally; move in date flexible. Looking for a 6-12 month lease but could be flexible. Message me if interested.

I love to cook/bake so plenty of fun gadgets if interested. If not working with kids during the school day(s), I typically will be hanging with my pet tortoise in the garden or relaxing with a beer. I am originally from Monterey Bay, but moved out here for the university in 2011. I’m a pretty mellow individual that enjoys being outside!
