2 Private rooms are available starting November 1st for Active duty women military preferred or travel nurses looking for a temporary place. House is located in Ocean Lakes, a safe, well-kept, and pleasant neighborhood near Ocean Lakes Highschool. (6-12 month lease).

10 minutes distance from Damn Neck and NAS Oceana base. Perfect for transitioning military.

2-story house with large backyard. Both rooms are big enough to fit a Queen size bedroom set. This home is very clean and organized with minimal furniture.

Home is protected by VIVINT security system.

Access to the kitchen, living room, washer & dryer. There is a shed in the backyard if needed for storage. There is another half bathroom downstairs that can be used.

Security deposit $500 + 1st month’s rent (pro-rated) due at time of agreement signing. Unfurnished rooms & shared bathroom with another roommate. No pets allowed.

My name is Evelyn. I work 2x a week at home in a quiet and peaceful home. It’s just me and my 3 dogs (soon to be 2 dogs) who are very well trained. (2 cocker spaniels & 1 miniature poodle). I’m very respectful and kind to others & expect the same in return. Drama free!
