Ethan's room

Huge neighborhood pool, free gym membership and clubhouse, all included! I have 4 rooms currently available. This particular room is the largest of all the bedrooms. It’s honestly the size of a bedroom and a half if not 2 bedrooms. Certainly large enough to fit a queen or king size bed. This bedroom sits directly next to the full bathroom which includes a bathtub/shower combo, sink, cabinetry and toilet. The house has a fenced in backyard and deck. The kitchen is fully supplied with appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware. WiFi and utilities at no extra charge.

Right now it’s a friend and I that are living at the house. I’m the overly extroverted one and he’s the quiet introverted one. Take your pick! Both neat, clean, friendly guys. I’m in my twenties but consider myself an old decrepit man. The only parties thrown here are cocktail parties I host every Christmas. So, if some adjectives used to describe you in high school or collage could be lame, responsible or mature… you might be the perfect fit for our household, haha. In all seriousness though, just looking for someone friendly and respectful. Also, wouldn’t ever force friendship on anyone - but if you feel the same way - would definitely be down to hang out occasionally or in other words not be complete strangers when we pass each other or happen to be in the kitchen at the same time :) Hit me up and we can grab coffee or something.
