About the room
Arista Flats is a great place to live. With lots of open space including a lake and garden, a personal gym, pool, and nearby shops that are a walk away. This location is the ideal halfway point between Boulder and Denver (only 15 miles in each direction), making it an easy trip back and forth. Arista puts on community events for their tenants and the community is very warm and welcoming.
About the roomies
As of October, me and my 4 year old dog will be the only ones living at the property. I am a full-time child protection worker, so when I am not at work (which is rare), I enjoy a peaceful and tidy home. I like to cook, hike with my dog, and visit my family. If you want a calm environment to call home, this is the place for you. Please reach out with any questions. I am an open book and happy to answer. Bills NOT included in the rent include the energy and utility bill. We each will pay around ~$160/month
