This home is close by your local HEB grocery store, Walmart, downtown Cibolo, gas stations and many local eateries. High vaulted ceiling living room with a 75in TV next to a grand fireplace. Beautiful sunroom on the first floor overlooking the koi pond. Enjoy the yard with friends on the outside patio including the outdoor BBQ and Tiki Bar Shed. Pick from the many areas to sit down, relax and unwind. Full gym setup in the garage. Rest easy in this stylish home.

I’m the owner of the home and I’m a single 36 yr old woman. I work hybrid (office and remote, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) so I’ll either work out of my office, the sunroom or out of a local coffee shop. I am quiet and will be respectful of your space. You will have your own section of the house, with a private entrance and your own full bathroom. Utilities are included (Internet, AC, electric, water, etc). I also own a very affectionate, sweet and completely non aggressive cat and dog.
