Williams Fork Trail

The room is fairly spacious, and you get your own bathroom which is also the hall bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted and there is a large window. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The unit was very recently renovated and I am the first tenant since remodeling. The sitting room/tv room is furnished with my personal furniture, this includes tv and a couch, rug, and coffee table. The appliances are all new and work very well. There is also heating and central air conditioning.

There is a balcony and free parking on the street. I usually use the parking spot allotted to our unit but it’s first come first serve, I have no qualms with parking on the street. There is access to a weight room and a pool and a recreational area as well. Internet is Xfinity gigabit internet.

The condo is located in the boulder part of Gunbarrel, within walking distance to King Soopers and some restaurants and 1 min drive to Avery brewing.

My current roommate is moving out when the lease is up. I am a very clean person, vacuum most days, and keep the house tidy. I work from home as a software engineer so I am home most of the time. I am active and can be found climbing a lot as well. Fairly nerdy as well. I will respect your space, and the common space stays clean. I cook a lot, so there will be a lot of food! i am serious about boundaries and that goes both ways.
