Huge shed/barn in the back avail for extra storage. If you are artsy it doubles as a craft/music conducive space. I often paint out there in the weather friendly months. The last roomie did as well. Plenty of space to share.

You’ll be sharing a home with Myself and my hypoallergenic Bouvier (dog), Christian who goes to work with me everyday. He truly does not ever venture upstairs. He’s not a big fan of stairs. We are a pretty laid back straight forward duo. Plenty of character references if needed. I’ve been renting the upstairs for the last cpl years. It’s been fun! It’s important to me that we can communicate and respect each other and my homeboy(dog). So far, I’ve rented the upstairs to male musicians. Shocking being here in East Nashville… it’s worked well. Noise doesn’t bother me. Practicing music doesn’t either. Preference of male roommate based solely on the one bathroom situation. As w experience thus far it has been a non issue. Open to female roomies as well…. Just be warned, I’m a stylist and big into hygiene thus tend to take over a bathroom! I work a lot and don’t go out too frequently. I am a night owl, though a consistently respectful one! Rarely have a gathering at the house beyond a friend or 2 at a time. I’m cool with you having people over. So long as we have that mutual respect in tact, All good. I enjoy boxing, yoga, music, kayaking, books on tape, bourbon ,cooking, friends and dogs. Open to a friendship developing but it’s not necessary. I can happily keep to myself.
